When someone blows our minds, we lean in with the operating and scaling tools to help them exceed their own expectations. Founders shouldn’t make the same mistakes we made building our companies, they should make spectacular new ones that aren’t in the run book yet.

We also invest (pre-Seed and Seed) in these founders and emerging VC managers (GPs). When we started Lemnos and MwG, a few experienced GPs helped us get off the ground with invaluable advice, connections, and capital. Their only request was that we pay it forward. And we are.

When we're not working with founders, we are in the MwG shop building shit ourselves. Most of what we create is meant for the playa or to push our institutional knowledge, but occasionally we explore things meant for commercial scale. If you don't understand it, you shouldn't be investing in it...
